It’s OK, it’s not your fault.
I’ve been there myself. I used to struggle to make changes only for things to fall back a few weeks or sometimes (frustratingly) hours later. Then, due to a chance meeting with a legendary NLP Master Trainer, all that changed… overnight.
In that meeting (and many more that followed) I discovered what the giants of Neuro-Linguistic Programming do (folks like Michael Breen, Richard Bandler and Tony Robbins) that most ordinary NLPers don’t, to create lasting and deep habit change.
